Cooking class

Went to ole Mexican grill( http://www.olegrill.com/ ) for a cooking class tonight. You figure hey mexican food... the chef must be from mexico. Umm... no, hes from the Philippines. Go figure right? We were talking to his wife about how they are the only Filipinos we have met out here, she agreed that it is just too cold out there for them and that they only knew one other filipino and she was working in the resturant.

Anyway it was a great time had by all. I would have had photos, but I was having too much fun to pull out my camera. The chef showed us different kinds of salsas, moleas, and such... I think there is going to be another class in may. I may even take they day off to go again if its not on a wedesday.
